Corn muffins
Ingredients:
Jiffy corn muffin
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400
Direction:

Batter be slightly  lumply ,for maximum crown on muffins let batter rest for 3 or 4 minutes ,restir before filling cups.Fill muffin cups ½ full. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.















Vietnamese rice

Ingredients :
Rice
Ketchup
Tomatoes
Carrot
Butter
Egg
Onion
Salt
Soy sauce
Direction:
in a small pan ,put some butter in , when the pan hot we put carrot ,rice .we put egg , salt , soy sauce later .we can decorations for it if you like !!!

                                                                                                       Preparetime : 15 min 
                                                                                                       Cook time  : 10 min
 All ingredients we need : ( for 2 people )

 3 cup water 
2 green tomatoes
Some fresh mushroom 
½ package bean curd or soft tofu
2 green onions 
One tablespoon oil
Some chilipower
Some parsley 
1/4 peanapple 
2 tablespoons soy sauce , 1 and ½ tbsp salt ,1/2tbsp sugar

In a medium saucepan over medium heat ,about 10 second later we put the oil in . Next , we put the end of green onion and chili powder.


 when it have the light yellow , put the water in and wait for 5 min until the water is hot.  Final , we put bean curd , mush room.

Turn off the heat and put green onion ,parsley ……

we done ! have a good time
